Little from the Fish Shop bids Malostranská beseda gallery farewell after five fabulous months of a wonderful exhibition experience. You have only a couple of days left till the end of the summer holidays to visit this unique interactive show and take a sneak peek behind the scenes of this magical world of animated film. The artistic aspect of the new stop-motion film “LITTLE FROM THE FISH SHOP” by a Czech director and designer Jan Balej is so unique and inspiring that the producers decided, fueled by an unprecedented response from the numerous presentations at international and local forums the team had taken part in, to put together this film exhibition.
The exhibition is installed in the historical space of Malostranská beseda’s attic, with a unique view on the Prague Castle and the spire of the St. Nicholas Church. This renaissance gallery of more than 400 m2 showcases 70 charming handcrafted figures by the Czech director and designer Jan Balej and 80 additional original complete heads designed for the film, and much more:
